At Fabric Outlet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home textile purchase. If your fabric or decor item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unwashed and uncut materials within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully fold the fabric to prevent creasing and place it in the original packaging along with a copy of your packing slip.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned yardage, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
