Can I order fabric samples before committing to a larger purchase?
Yes, we offer swatches for most of our fabrics. You can order individual samples directly from the product page to ensure the color and texture meet your expectations.
How is the fabric shipped to prevent wrinkling?
To maintain the integrity of the material, all orders over 5 yards are shipped on a heavy-duty cardboard bolt or roll. Smaller orders may be carefully folded and shipped in secure packaging.
What is the minimum order quantity for your textiles?
Our minimum order is typically one yard. After the first yard, you can purchase in increments of half-yards for most of our inventory.
Are your fabrics suitable for commercial upholstery projects?
We carry a wide range of high-durability fabrics rated for commercial use. Please check the 'Double Rub' count in the product specifications for durability ratings.
What is your return policy for cut-to-order fabric?
Because fabric is cut specifically for your order, we generally do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We highly recommend ordering a sample first.
